Returns & exchanges

What can be returned

• Items returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
• Innerwear, socks and items marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

• Write to care@loomkart.example with your order number and the items you want to return.
• We arrange a free pickup from your delivery address.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging if you still have it.

Refunds

Once the item passes a quality check, we refund the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Delivery and cash on delivery fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Ask for an exchange in the same email. It ships as soon as the pickup is done, subject to stock.
